updates to inspiring coaching

Following feedback from our members and a review of Inspiring Coaching we want to share some changes with you.

We will continue to inform, support and connect our coaches, and help them become the best they can be. We will continue to offer e-workshops and e-mentoring but we will also be introducing more weekly inspiring dialogues and changing the format and intent of the monthly webinars.

The inspiring dialogues will be 30 minute recordings of interviews with experts, leaders, coaches and players across a range of domains and sports. The recordings will be uploaded each week and available for our members to access and listen to in their own time.

The monthly webinars will now become 30 minute monthly coaching conversations. An informal and relaxed opportunity for our members to connect, share ideas, debate, discuss and support each other. The coaching conversations will have a theme and be recorded and will be facilitated by Paul and Alex, with the occasional guest speaker. We think it will be a great informal learning opportunity for all our members!

We have uploaded our latest inspiring dialogue "Talking Philosophy in Coaching" with John Widdowson. John is a Level 4 Coach, an England Rugby Match Official and Senior Coach Developer, a practising rugby coach and half-way through his PhD on Philosophy. In the inspiring dialogue we look at why have a coaching philosophy, what is it and where do you start! In a thoughtful and at times personal conversation John shares some takeaways and recommendations for coaches of all levels.

Our members can access the recording in the Coaching Practice section of our members' area.
