Mike delivered an insightful, informative and clear presentation on coaching defence in rugby union and shared his considerable experience of coaching defence at international and Premiership club level. Mike posed lots of questions and gave lots of detail, but he also emphasised clarity and simplicity in his message. He challenged coaches to think about how they would start coaching defence and then after the discussion he shared his checklist.
