Charlie shares his reflections and the teams' learning on their journey to and performances at the Tokyo Olympics. There were plenty of challenges (COVID restrictions, uncertainty about the Olympics actually taking place and the lack of competition in the lead up to Tokyo) but also so many positives (successfully bringing the squads together particularly the women, developing a player ownership model and everyone involved working with a relentless positivity).
