Paul Westgate looks at the concept of mindfulness this week following on from Mental Health Awareness Week earlier this month. During this pandemic, many of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one or colleague struggle. And we’ve also seen that the support we all need just isn’t out there.
