Stuart Lancaster, Head Coach of Leinster Rugby and former England Head Coach, shares some thoughts on leadership. He looks at team culture and team humility, and shares his 6 characteristics of a great leader. We all know that leadership is not a title. Leadership is about saying and doing. You may have excellent technical skills. You may even be innovative and visionary. But if you don’t know how to engage people, you’re toast. They welcome feedback, and accept it without excuses.
