Michael won 41 caps for Wales and played for Pontypridd, Dragons and Saracens; he was a popular and respected back row/second row with superb handling skills. He is now Director of Rugby at Haileybury College. Michael chats about the challenges of touring, the importance of a winning culture, why coaches should invest in players and those coaches who have influenced him including Eddie Jones, Mike Ruddock, Warren Gatland and Brendan Venter.
