The Importance of Effective Communication.
Many mistakenly believe that just presenting facts/information is coaching. Successful coaching is a two-way process. Just as a pass is not successful until the receiver catches it, successful coaching requires reception, retention and comprehension of your message. Some coach by word, others by action, but the best coaching uses both forms of communication, word and action.
